Your day to day Housing Admin Job Description Colleague Housing Admin you are responsible for the administration, security, maintenance and colleague’s welfare within the housing facilities and your role will include key responsibilities such as 1. Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) , Ensure that a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times 2. Making beds setup for new arrivals 3. Provide support to team to achieve common goals 4. Strong knowledge of cleaning supplies and procedures 5. Ability to work independently without direct supervision 6. Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. 7. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers 8. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures 9. Ensure operation of security equipment and surveillance cameras by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques 10. Contribute to security team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 11. Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises 12. Provide excellent customer service 13. Adhere to all company service and operating standards 14. Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers 15. Protect the building assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues 16. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly 17. Report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, and security breaches 18. Ensure that the colleague accommodation is well secured and colleagues are accommodated as per their entitlements in line with the Human Resources Policy. 19. Ensure that all the assets of the colleague accommodation are well maintained
What we need from you 1. Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies 2. Perform and track routine inspection 3. Fire Fighting / Fire Panel Knowledge 4. Knowledge about security & CCTV. 5. Inventory control 6. Good interpersonal & Admin skills
