Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, and cleaning restrooms
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and notify the appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested by staff members.
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments as needed.
  • Help in basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office premises.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
    • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move objects as needed.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Flexibility to work overtime if required.
    • Candidate must need to be in Dubai.
    • Language: English & Hindi/Urdu

      Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
