Job Title: Assistant Nanny

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to 2,700 AED per month (Including Phone allowance)

Benefits: Visa sponsorship, accommodation, meals, transportation

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a caring and attentive individual to join our team as an Assistant Nanny in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist the primary nanny in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young charges.


  • Assist the primary nanny in supervising and caring for children in the household.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
  • Help with feeding, bathing, and dressing children as needed.
  • Change diapers and maintain cleanliness and hygiene for infants and toddlers.
  • Assist with homework and educational tasks for school-aged children.
  • Accompany children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as required.
  • Monitor childrens behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in childrens living and play areas.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other household staff regarding the childrens daily routines and any special instructions or concerns.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to children as they navigate various developmental stages.
  • Assist with light household duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up common areas.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for children at all times.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience working with children, either as a nanny, babysitter, daycare assistant, or similar role, is preferred but not required.
    • Genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with the primary nanny and other household staff.
    • Patience, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
    • Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
    • First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a dynamic household environment.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
