We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. As an Office Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within our office premises. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and previous experience working in an office environment, preferably within the real estate industry.


  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
  • Empty and clean trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas
  • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and glass surfaces
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
  • Follow established safety procedures and regulations
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines


  • Proven experience as an office cleaner or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot cleanliness issues
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
